From the news room as a former TV news reporter to a missionary in the villages of Kenya, God has taken me on quite a journey—and today, I’m walking out my calling as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Christian mental health coach. I love helping people grow—whether that’s individuals, corporate teams, or young people who need encouragement and direction. Through online coaching sessions (both one-on-one and in groups), I create a safe space to explore your thoughts, renew your mind, and set real, God-centered goals for your life or work. I offer flexible session hours Monday through Friday to fit your schedule. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or evening sessions, I strive to make it easy for you to get the support you need. Please reach out to schedule a time that works best for you! However, no appointments after 7pm.
